Healthy Holidays?

Let’s all face it, the holidays are not always the best time to start a healthy nutrition plan. There are studies all over showing anywhere from 2 pounds, to even 10 pounds of added weight gain all because of Aunt Betty’s delicious, homemade, flaky-crust apple pie! Well, maybe not just the pie. From unhealthy carbs and fat, to doctoring up the veggies with cream sauces and fried toppings, it’s really hard to escape the cravings your taste buds yell out for during the holiday months.
