The Frederick Primary Care Associates office on Solarex Court in the Ballenger Creek area is also home to the Central Administration and Billing Office of FPCA. The second floor of the building houses all of FPCA's Billing department, which is responsible for all insurance billing, as well as generating patient statements and handling collections activities for all FPCA patients. The Central Administration department is also located on the second floor and handles functions such as Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Purchasing, Information Technology, and Operations for the practice.
