The Urbana office opened in November 2009 as the ninth FPCA location. The Urbana office was created to fill the need for primary care medical services in the growing Urbana/Southern Frederick County region. Dr. Hanna Siwiec joined FPCA in 2009 to open the Urbana office after practicing in New York State for the past ten years. Dr. Diana Juliano joined Dr. Siwiec in the Urbana office after having worked in the Ballenger Creek office since 2003. Most recently, Dr. Bonnie Fitleberg has joined the Urbana office beginning December 19, 2011 after having practiced with a Family Practice in New Jersey and most recently Kaiser Permanente. The Urbana office is located in the Urbana Medical Office Building on Worthington Blvd, on the first floor, adjacent to the Frederick Memorial Hospital outpatient center.

FPCA Welcomes Dr. Fitleberg To Our Urbana Location!
Bonnie Fitleberg, M.D. has joined the Urbana location of FPCA beginning December 19, 2011. Dr. Fitleberg is a graduate of St. George's University School of Medicine in Granada, West Indies and completed her residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
