The Spring Ridge office opened as the seventh FPCA location. The office was created in 2001 as the Spring Ridge development grew to include a professional building. Drs. Amerena and Ciarkowski came to Frederick Primary Care Associates from the CareFirst Blue Cross-Blue Shield practice in Frederick, where they had practiced for over 10 years.
Physician’s Assistant, Heather Demory joined Drs. Amerena and Ciarkowski in the Spring Ridge office in the Fall of 2002. The newest addition to the Spring Ridge clinical team, Dr Nabila Shad, joined the office in the Fall of 2004.
