The Frederick Primary Care Associates office at 63 Thomas Johnson Drive has been home to Drs. Delgrippo, Lerner and Hundemer and Nurse Practioner Tammie Moreland since it opened in 2001. More recently, Amanda Brody, PA-C; Lyndsay Hill, PA-C; and Allyson Lenz, CRNP joined the group.
The site is conveniently located on Thomas Johnson Drive and is easily accessible via Opossomtown Pike or Hayward Road. The office is in Suite E of the medical condominium "63 and 65" Thomas Johnson Drive. Suite E is located on the left side of the first building.

Additional charges may apply -
Due to an increasingly heavy paperwork burden, effective October 1st, 2010, a $15 charge will be applied for all medication pre-authorizations performed outside of a scheduled office visit.
A $25 charge will be applied for all missed appointments and appointments cancelled without 24 hour prior notice.

Our office offers weekend and evening sick appointments and evening Well Woman and Well Child appointments.
Walk-in appointments are being offered as follows:
Effective Monday, January 12th, 2009, our office will be offering walk-in appointments (No appointment necessary) for established patients only as follows:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM & 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
for the following:
Cold Symptoms; Sore Throat, Cough, Fever; Sinus Symptoms; Flu Symptoms; Nausea; Vomiting: Skin Rashes; Minor Injuries; Muscles/Joint Sprains; Minor Lacerations; New Onset Back/Neck Pain.
Providers will not address ongoing medical conditions/issues during walk-in appointments. Patients will be examined by an available provider. We can not guarantee this will be your usual provider.
