Prior to the formation of Frederick Primary Care Associates, the 56 Thomas Johnson Drive office originated in the late 1970’s at 4 West 7th Street. In 1988, shortly before Dr. Fisher joined Drs. Clark, Ashwal, and Jones, the practice moved to its current location on Thomas Johnson Drive. Dr. Herman-Smith subsequently joined the office in 2004. Our office prides itself on quality of care, responsiveness of staff, availability of physicians and expertise in the many domains of Family Medicine. To simplify this busy practice, we have divided ourselves into four teams with dedicated phone lines, staff, nurse practitioner or physician assistant, and physician.
