Frederick Primary Care Associates is Frederick County's largest medical group. Originally formed in January 1997 by the merger of three of the County's best-known family medicine practices, FPCA has now grown to include twenty-four physicians and seventeen nurse practitioners and physician assistants in eight locations. At our offices located in Frederick (2), Ballenger Creek, Brunswick, Jefferson, Spring Ridge, Woodsboro, and Walkersville - we are able to provide comprehensive medical care for newborn through geriatric patients. All of our physicians are board-certified in Family Practice and have full privileges at Frederick Memorial Hospital. We participate in most major insurance plans and offer a wide array of in-office diagnostic services in addition to traditional primary care services.
