$10 Billing Fee
$10 Billing Fee - In keeping with your insurance contract, all patient payable copays and co-insurances are due at the time of your visit. All patient copays, co-insurances, and self payments not paid at the time of service will have a $10.00 billing fee added to the charges to cover our expenses for processing and mailing patient statements. We regret the imposition of this additional charge, but it is necessary to cover our increased costs of doing business. You may avoid this additional charge by paying your bill at the time of service.
