Finance Charges Assessed On Past Due Patient Balances Effective 9/1/06
Effective 9/1/06, a finance charge of 1% per month (12% per year) will be assessed on all patient balances more than 30 days past due. We regret having to implement this change, however, changes in the healthcare environment have made it necessary. Please note that finance charges will only accrue on past due patient balances and not on charges due from your insurance company.
