Hanna Siwiec, M.D. has joined the new Urbana location of FPCA effective November 2009. Dr. Siwiec is a graduate of the Medical University of Gdansk in Gdansk, Poland and completed her residency at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Jamaica, New York. Dr. Siwiec was in private practice in Jamestown and Briarwood, New York for the past ten years, prior to relocating to Maryland to join FPCA. Dr. Siwiec is a native of Poland. Haroon Akhtar, M.D. has joined the Brunswick and Jefferson locations of FPCA effective January 2009. Dr. Akhtar is a graduate of King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan and completed his residency at Mercy Health Partners, Department of Family Medicine in Toledo, Ohio.
